1 Purpose
This log records governance actions that have been completed and closed, with the rationale and the evidence relied on. It is the audit trail behind the "Closed Actions" panel on the dashboard. Open actions remain visible on the dashboard until closed and recorded here.

Supabase and Cloudflare Data Processing Addenda with Standard Contractual Clauses are retained on file. Telegram offers no enterprise DPA; the position is accepted with the TEL-001 controls (restricted chat, quarterly deletion) and the EDPO acting as Telegram's Article 27 representative. All three positions are recorded in PROC-001. |
3 Closure Authority
Actions are closed by the Business Owner (data controller) once the stated evidence is in place. Where an action is superseded rather than completed, this is noted in the rationale.
