Not "familiar with AI". Something concrete, that keyword-scanners catch and interviewers respect:

2. The words to talk about it
When the interviewer asks "how would you use AI in this role?", you won't reach for a cliché. You'll say something like:
"I actually built something. I took a sales spreadsheet, wrote a prompt that turned it into a dashboard, refined it a few times in plain English, and deployed it live so anyone could open it in a browser. It taught me where AI is genuinely useful — and where you still have to check its work."
