Who we are

ProVibed is run by Gerry Coburn and is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. The quickest way to reach us about your data is the contact form — mark your message "data request" and it will be treated as one.

The short version

This site collects personal data in exactly one way: when you send it to us through a form. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no marketing cookies. Browsing the site tells us nothing about you personally — at most, our host shows us aggregate traffic counts.

What we collect, and why

ActivityDataPurposeLawful basis
Enquiries (typed) Name, email address, and your message To read and reply to your enquiry Taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); responding to general queries is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))
Enquiries (voice) Your recording, transcribed to text; the transcript is kept, the audio is not Same as a typed enquiry — the transcript becomes your message As above, with your consent to the recording being transcribed (the tick-box on the form)
Launch list Email address only To send you one email when the course launches Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — you can withdraw it any time by asking us to delete your address
Spam & abuse protection Technical data processed by Cloudflare Turnstile (such as your IP address) when you submit a form To keep bots and spam out of the forms Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — protecting the service

Voice messages deserve a specific promise: the recording is used only to create the transcript, during the submission itself, and the audio is not stored anywhere — not by us, not in a bucket, not "just in case". Only the transcript is kept, exactly as if you had typed it.

Who processes it for us

Three providers handle enquiry data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — Hosts the site, runs the form endpoint and bot protection, and transcribes voice messages (Workers AI). Cloudflare processes data under its EU-approved safeguards.
  • Supabase — Stores form submissions in a database only we can read. Hosted in the EU (Ireland).
  • Telegram — Delivers a copy of each enquiry to us as an instant notification, so you get a faster reply. Telegram operates outside the EU — see international transfers below.

We deliberately run a small stack. Nobody else receives your data, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

International transfers

Enquiry data itself is stored in the EU: Supabase hosts our database in Ireland, and Cloudflare processes data under its EU-approved safeguards. The one transfer outside the EU is the notification copy delivered to us through Telegram, whose infrastructure operates outside the EU — that transfer is covered by the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would rather your enquiry not pass through Telegram at all, say so in your message — the copy stored in our EU database is the working record either way.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: kept while we are dealing with each other, then deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Launch list: kept until the launch email is sent, then deleted — or immediately, any time you ask.

Cookies & local storage

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare's bot protection may set strictly-necessary security cookies when you use a form. The course stores your lesson progress in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form; we will respond within a month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), our supervisory authority.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, this notice changes with it, and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.
